Victor continues to work on the upcoming HBO series "Boardwalk Empire", starring Steve Buscemi. He has a recurring role as Ward Boss Damien Fleming in the series set in 1920's Atlantic City. The show is being executive produced by Martin Scorcese who is also directing the pilot episode.

Victor also shot another Law & Order (#6 of the original), and he is shooting an episode of Ugly Betty.

He is nearly finished writing a new musical, "The History of Kemlar & Darsocky", and is also writing a script for a television pilot as well as a new web series, tentatively titled, "Doorman Battles".

He continues to teach acting at the New York Film Academy.
